Radii Spatial LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built the Radius mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the App.
Your privacy is critically important to us. Radius is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first approach. We do not collect, retain, track, store, or share any personal information or usage data from our users.
Radius requests access to your device’s location services (GPS) solely while the App is actively in use.
On-Device Processing: Location data is processed strictly on your device to enable core mapping, spatial, and geographic functionalities within the App.
No External Transmission: Your location coordinates, movement history, and spatial queries are never transmitted, uploaded, or backed up to Radii Spatial LLC servers or any third-party servers.
No Tracking: We do not track your location in the background, nor do we build location profiles or history.
No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details, such as your name, email, or phone number, to use the App.
No Analytics or Telemetry: We do not use third-party tracking software, behavioral analytics, performance monitoring frameworks, or telemetry SDKs.
No Financial Data: Radius is a free application and does not process in-app purchases, subscriptions, or financial transactions.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any other commercial purpose.
Because Radius does not collect or transmit personal or location data over network connections to external servers, your data remains secure on your physical device under your device’s native operating system security controls.
Our App does not collect or solicit any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
